PCH, or PopMatters Clearing House

Word up, scenesters and scenesteresses.

I've been rather negligent in posting links to my work at Pop Matters so I'm doing it all now. Everything must go!

First, on the comics side, I have two pieces posted, one on "V for Vendetta" and another on this collection called "The Year's Best Graphic Novels, Comics and Manga." You can read those here and here, respectively.

Next, I have a DVD review for "Wedding Crashers" and a film review of "Dave Chappelle's Block Party" up and running. You can read those here and here, but please be open-minded about the "Block Party" review. It was heavily edited, twice, and I don't know what the final result is like (I couldn't bring myself to read it).

Finally, on the odds and ends side of things, I have a story up about the Steelers winning the Super Bowl (a story I kind of like) and a write-up about the 33 1/3 series of music books entry on "Sign 'O' the Times." Those can be read here and here.

Over the next couple of weeks, I'll have some more stuff up, including another 33 1/3 series book write-up on "Born in the USA," which will likely be up tomorrow, a DVD review of "Memoirs of a Geisha," and a new column.

Be there!
