I'm an award-winning digital journalist — writer, editor, photographer — based in New York. My work has been published by The Paris Review, TIME, Architectural Record, and Forbes, among other publications. I am also an editor with senior and management-level experience — mostly digital, but also print — at Newsweek, TIME, and Sports Illustrated. I was also Editorial Director and project manager of Scholastic's Kid Reporter program, a role in which I coordinated wall-to-wall coverage of the 2012 presidential campaign — from the entry of the first Republican candidates to the Inauguration and including a White House interview with President Barack Obama — as well as breaking-news packages around Hurricane Sandy (the response and recovery in New York, New Jersey, and New England) and the BP Oil Spill.
